SERVICE WRITERS
The service writer is the primary liaison between customers and the service technicians in our repair shop. They are responsible for greeting customers, documenting vehicle issues, creating repair orders, estimating costs, and managing communication throughout the repair process. They are essentially the "face" of the service department, aiming to balance customer satisfaction with efficient shop operations.
MAINTNANCE TECHNICIANS
The maintenance technician will performs essential, routine vehicle maintenance, primarily focusing on oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and tire rotations. They are responsible for inspecting vehicles for safety issues, ensuring proper lubrication of moving parts, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires basic mechanical knowledge, physical stamina, and adherence to safety protocols.
